PERC Role & Function Study

Your Input Is Needed!

The Paths to Employment Resource Center (PERC) Research Team is currently conducting a research project that focuses on provision of employment services for people with disabilities. We would like to gather information about your current roles and responsibilities as rehabilitation practitioners and/or employment service providers. This is part of PERC's ongoing research efforts to determine potential training and resources that PERC may provide to help you in daily activities.

If you are a professional involved in providing employment services to people with disabilities, your participation in this study will help us identify and validate the frequency, importance, and competency of certain activities you perform in relation to the employment services.

If you have not completed the survey, please first read through the information about consenting to participate in this study. If you agree, please complete the Role and Function Survey (RFS) and demographic questionnaire by clicking on the following electronic link. This survey will take about 15-20 minutes to complete. Surveys will be collected in May 2011.

We would like to thank you in advance for your participation in this important study for PERC. In addition, findings from this study will also help improve pre-service training curricula and professional development training for rehabilitation practitioners who provide employment services for people with disability.
